Our Team
In addition to your own Business Development Manager, you will benefit from the dedicated services of a marketing manager, customer sales representative, properties manager, credit controller, and our technical services team. Additionally a business support team is on hand to deal with general enquiries and property issues.
Marketing Support
You will be able to take advantage of the enhanced 'Brains' brand awareness through our official sponsorship of the WRU and FAW. Free POS is available for day to day essentials including seasonal activity and events such as the Six Nations Tournament.
Our relationships with all suppliers ensures we have fantastic support and promotions to offer our tenants. Our bi-monthly brochure ensures you are kept up to date with key new products, Brains incentives and suppliers promotions and offers.
As well as advising on individual pub plans, we provide promotional solutions designed to help attract new customers and keep them coming back. Our menu template facility and wine menu service also allows you to create and design your own individual food menus and wine lists, with initial print and design costs covered by our marketing department.
You will also have access to our ‘Business Solutions’ website, allowing you to create your own bespoke posters, banners and order uniforms for your pub.
Our Properties
How a pub looks and feels is crucial in attracting customers, which is why we’re committed to providing an attractive, welcoming environment in all our pubs. All new agreements include a decoration bond which ensures standards are maintained.
Our dedicated property manager works with the very best designers and contractors, and, using their expertise, will help tenants achieve their vision of a commercially successful pub. All decisions on pub refurbishment are made on a case-by-case basis and we offer advice on the level of investment required to make in partnership with us.
Supplier Support
As well as a great range of products available, we have excellent links with our major suppliers and support our local economy by using Welsh suppliers. We have negotiated exclusive offers using our corporate buying power with our food suppliers Castell Howell and our experts at Waverley TBS are on hand to advise on and provide bespoke wine lists.
