BRAINS BREWERY SALSA PLUS BEER ACCREDITED
Brains Brewery are proud to announce that, for the 12th year running, we have been awarded the SALSA plus Beer accreditation.
SALSA plus Beer has been developed by SALSA ( Safe And Local Supplier Approval) in association with Cask Marque and is a food safety certification scheme through which approved suppliers can demonstrate that they operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.
The audits are undertaken by specially trained auditors with extensive experience of the brewing industry and SALSA approval is only granted to suppliers who are able to demonstrate to an auditor that they are able to produce and supply safe and legal food and are committed to continually meeting the requirements of the SALSA standard.
