Latest Brains update on COVID-19

Saturday, March 21st 2020

To our valued customers and guests,

Following the government statement on Friday 20th March, forcing the closure of our pubs for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19 protection measure, our whole Brains family wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for your loyalty and custom, especially through this most recent difficult time.

We hope you will all stay safe and well and we will look forward to welcoming you back to our pubs when we re-open. For those that may have booked Mother’s Day occasions with us or paid any deposits, we will, of course, honour those once we re-open.

We appreciate and understand that our pubs are crucial hearts of their communities, so please continue to engage with us through our social media platforms and don’t forget, Brains beers are also sold in various shops and supermarkets, so we hope you can still enjoy your favourite beer.

Thank you and Diolch yn fawr.

Here at Brains the well-being and safety of all our valued customers and staff is our highest priority.

We wanted to update you on the precautionary measure which SA Brain is taking to minimise the spread of COVID-19. All of the customer areas in our pubs have been, and will continue to be deep cleaned and sanitised using our already high standard operating procedures. Our employees have been fully briefed on following stringent preventative measures and provided with the most up-to-date NHS factsheet.

Our pubs will remain open, until the government tells us otherwise. However please check with your local pub for any change to opening times and services delivered.

We thank you again for your continued support during this time.
