Menus inspired by coast and country

We take full advantage of our waterfront location when designing our menus. Our philosophy is that the quality of our food should be something special, prepared with passion and pride, served with a relaxed and friendly informality. We’re proud that this philosophy has led us to being awarded a Rosette by the AA for great locally sourced freshly prepared food.

We’re open throughout the year for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Overlooking Aberdyfi’s Elizabethan ship building yard, nearly all our bedrooms have fabulous sea views of the Dyfi estuary. The main house, originally a terrace of fisherman cottages, offers a variety of rooms with distinctive character.

Our premier Bodhelig rooms offer modern style and comfort, each with private parking and a terrace or balcony commanding amazing views of coast and country. The pinicle of accommodation at the Penhelig Arms is Penhelig House, offering a two level, loft style accommodation of the highest standard. It sleeps up to 4 people and we challenge you to find better views than from its private terrace. Simply sublime.
