We are currently recruiting for Team Leader’s position at the Red Dragon.
Our Team Leaders are Assistant and General Managers of the future. Leading the team when the General Manager is away allows them to shine!
Support to the General and Assistant Manager in looking after varied aspects of the pub operations, including staff deployment, opening/ closing procedure, money handling, social media marketing and shift running
Delivering an exceptional customer service through your own work and performance of your team
Being open-minded and ready to adapt to ever changing environment
You will seek and act upon feedback from your manager and go above and beyond to meet customers’ expectations.
