In the event that you obtained a subscription without having a Brains account, kindly create one using the same email address you used for the subscription. 2. Once you have successfully logged in, you will have the ability to manage your subscription directly from your account. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can request an email that will grant you access to your account for subscription management purposes.


3. If you choose to request an email, you will receive a message containing a link. It is crucial that you click on this link to activate your account and gain access to your subscription management options.


4. In case you do not find the activation email in your inbox, we kindly ask you to check your spam folder as it may have been filtered there.


5. After clicking on the activation link, you will be able to easily manage your subscription by accessing the subscription link located on your account page.

What happens now I’ve ordered?
